After over 35 years helping families navigate retirement, tax strategy, and legacy planning, he saw the same gap over and over again: traditional estate planning often created documents, but not the clarity, structure, and support families actually needed when life changed. As co-founder and managing partner of Financial Enhancement Group and founder of Financial Enhancement Group Trust Services, Joe brings decades of fiduciary leadership, strategic thinking, and real-world experience to Legacy Lock.
Legacy Lock is Joe’s answer to that gap. It is where his life’s work around trustee planning, financial dignity, family communication, and thoughtful governance comes together to help families prepare before crisis becomes the story.

Josh is Joe’s key legal partner and the elder care attorney helping bring the Legacy Lock Trust process to life. As Attorney and CEO of Nelson Elder Care Law, his work is centered on helping families protect loved ones, assets, and wishes through elder law, estate planning, probate, Medicaid, and conservatorship-related matters.
Within Legacy Lock, Josh helps ensure that the legal layer matches the level of care, clarity, and structure families need when the stakes are high and the details matter.
Tarna Morris
Tarna is the marketing and operations engine behind Legacy Lock. She helps turn Joe’s ideas, frameworks, and years of insight into clear messaging, streamlined systems, and meaningful client experiences. With over 25 years of business operations experience, she also serves in a senior leadership role at Financial Enhancement Group, Joe’s other company, serving more than 1250 families nationwide, where she has helped expand the firm’s outreach and bring clearer financial guidance to more families.
With more than two decades of experience across business management and marketing, Tarna brings the structure, momentum, and execution needed to help Legacy Lock grow with both heart and precision.

Tatiana is the steady hand helping bring the Legacy Lock message into the world.
